Carbon steel knives are prone to rust when exposed to moisture. After use, make sure to dry the knife promptly. If not in use for an extended period, apply a specialized rust-prevention oil for Japanese knives, and wipe off the excess oil to keep the blade dry and shiny.
Due to the long transportation distance, we will carefully inspect the knife before shipping. If you have any doubts upon receiving the product, please contact us immediately.
Minor variations in size may occur due to batch production, forging, and manual measurements, which are considered normal circumstances.
