This knife is based on the Ginsou model, with an additional layer of Damascus pattern, enhancing the overall beauty of the knife.
Overall structure features a three-layer composite steel design, with stainless steel on the surface and a core steel of Silver 3 steel, with a hardness of HRC 61±1. The knife boasts excellent rust resistance, making it highly suitable for household use. The blade is polished with a mist pattern finish, resembling a thin layer of frost on the blade, hence named 'Ginsou' (Silver Frost).
