This Kiritsuke gyuto knife is meticulously crafted by the renowned young Japanese bladesmith Satoshi Nakagawa, under the brand name Hatsukokoro (初心).
Construction: Three-layer structure with Aogami Super Blue Steel No. 1, hardness around 63HRC, providing an excellent cutting experience and edge retention. The blade is finely polished with high overall finishing, smooth back and heel, ensuring a comfortable grip.
Features a double bevel edge, suitable for both left and right-handed users.
