This Bunka knife is the latest creation from the Japanese Echizen blade maker Yoshimi Kato. Crafted from super blue steel, it boasts exceptional hardness and edge retention, ensuring long-lasting sharpness. The bold and avant-garde tip design simplifies and lightens the user's handling when precision cutting is required. The blade gradually tapers, featuring an extremely thin edge that showcases the superior craftsmanship of forging and grinding, providing an exceptional cutting experience.
