This knife is produced by Goh Umanosuke Yoshihiro, a century-old Japanese brand, under the brand "Hatsukokoro." It features a traditional two-piece structure of the Yanagiba style, with a beautiful Damascus pattern on the surface. The blade is made of Aogami #1 steel, known for its excellent edge retention and cutting performance. If you enjoy sushi and sashimi, this knife is an excellent choice.
