Blade Type: Santoku Knife

Originating from the Yoshihiro workshop in Japan, part of the Nashiji series, this Santoku knife is crafted using Gin-san steel from the Yasugi Steel Works. Gin-san steel is known for satisfying the dual requirements of rust resistance of stainless steel and the cutting feel of carbon steel, making it a highly recommended choice. This knife offers excellent value for its quality, being more affordable compared to traditional forged Gin-san steel chef knives.
